I must apologise I thought I has already sent these documents out. You have already received the proxy and nominations forms.
Please be reminded that we are looking for a new chairman. Due to health reason Don has indicated that he will not be available for re-nomination. You must approach the person before nominating them but if that person agrees they don’t necessarily have to be at the AGM.
I will also be stepping down and at the moment we have one nomination for secretary and that is Adriana Blom. The other committee members have indicated that they are available for re-election.
